Jeffrey serves as the Young Dads Coordinator of the Young Families Program, an initiative of Greater Vancouver Youth Unlimited (Youth for Christ). There, he reaches out and ministers to young fathers up to age 30 to see families thrive holistically and know Christ.
History & Conversion: Raised outside of an immediate Christian context, Jeffrey's first childhood contact with the church came through his aunt and uncle. However, it wasn't until the age of 15 that a more robust connection to Calvary Baptist's youth group emerged. High school partying functionally erased any signs of budding discipleship until age 18, when a series of experiences convicted Jeffrey to invest in a lifelong journey of discipleship and enroll at Pacific Life Bible College.
Education: Jeffrey earned his B.A. of Pastoral Leadership with a major in Youth Ministry from Pacific Life Bible College. He is currently enrolled in the M.Div program at Trinity Western University.
Ministry Experience: Prior to his role with Youth for Christ, Jeffrey has also served as a youth leader, preaching and youth ministry intern, children's ministry pastor, and has completed one formal missions trip to Mexico.
