Partner with us in the construction of a Birthing Clinic and multipurpose building in our community.

In the Philippines, maternal deaths account for 14 percent of deaths among women of reproductive age.

Eva serves with midwives at Daughters of Faith Lying In at a Birthing Clinic near our home where they provide a trained birth attendant at each birth.

On average, 90 women visit each month for prenatal checkups, and 15-20 of these women will deliver with us and have at least one follow-up checkup with a pediatrician.

We have sufficient funds to complete the entire birthing clinic building (first and second floors). We now need to raise CAD $95,760 to complete the final pase of the project - the multi-purpose facility. This facility will host the children's club and youth group that currently meet in the Fasts' home. Their home is not really large enough as these two groups have seen much growth. The facility will also be used as a classroom for SEATS and has potential to serve in many other ways (i.e. pre and post-natal classes, parenting classes, other community classes, a feeding program for malnourished toddlers, neighbourhood association meetings, AA, etc.).

How can you help? By prayerfully considering what you are able to contribute.
